As part of our safeguarding policy parents and carers are required to complete one of the consent form below and submit this at he time of making payment. The forms are Google Forms format

Elite 90-Minute Football & 3 Hour Sessions(Age 7–13). Location – Whitemans Green, Cuckfield Every – Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 90 Minute session – 9:30am – 11:00am. 3 Hour session – 11:am – 12:30pm
